Medicines to Heal the Heart Energy

Heal the Heart Energy

Do you need to have healing in your heart? If you do, here are three things that you can use to help get you on the right track including sympathy, validation, and encouragement.

Being Sympathetic

Sympathy can help you when your heart is broken. You might have lost someone that you love, or you might have broken up with a person that you were close to. When things are hard to deal with and you don’t feel that you can take it anymore, here are some things that you need to hear:

  • You seem to be sad.
  • You must be hurting.
  • I know that you are upset.
  • I am so sorry that this happened to you.

When people give you love and sympathy then you can see that your heart will start healing. You will not get over the loss that you have fast, and this takes time. Even when you get over the loss, you will never forget the person that you lost but you will not be nearly as sad.

Get Validated

One thing that you need when you feel lonely or when people aren’t listening to you is validation. When someone validates you, they are showing you that what you are feeling is okay and that you deserve to be able to have feelings.

Validation can make you say things like, “People hate me, and they never ask me to do things.”

Here are some things that you need to hear when you need validation:

  • This is a great idea that you had.
  • What you say really makes sense.
  • You are very creative.
  • You are a problem solver.
  • You are special and important.

Once people validate you and you begin to believe the good things that they say to you, you will stop looking for the opinions of others to support you and you will just move forward with your life.

Be Encouraged

Another great thing that can help you is to be encouraged. This can help you to not be afraid or to not doubt yourself.

You might be someone that is going to do something new, and you are afraid of taking the next step. You know that you can make this happen, but you aren’t sure how. You might say stuff like, “I feel stuck, or I feel lost and don’t know what to do.”

When you need to be encouraged, here are some things that you might need to hear:

  • I believe in what you do.
  • You can do everything you set your mind to.
  • Do it!
  • Take steps in the right direction.
  • I’m here for you.
  • You aren’t alone.

When someone encourages you and you are able to move forward then you can see that you can do all things even on your own. One you have been encouraged; you can teach others to move forward as well.

Getting Healing in the Heart

Once you know what you need and what you need to hear, you can tell people what you are feeling. Stay calm and collected and when people tell you good things, believe them and accept them.

When someone gives you the medicine that your heart needs then you will be strong enough to bring healing to others.
