There are different ways that you can use meditation to help increase your psychic gifts.  Here are some ways to do it:

  • Get prepared
  • Get comfortable
  • Find a time where you can be alone for around half an hour.
  • Have a journal and pen close to you.
  • Find a comfortable chair where you are sitting up straight.
  • Make sure you are comfortable.
  • Put your feet on the floor.
  • Imagine that a root is grounding you to the earth.

Breathing

Ending Meditation

Once you have done this, you have begun to learn how to open up your abilities and to ground yourself.  You are working with energies that make this happen and when you are grounded, it allows you to be able to concentrate.  You will get better at this as you practice.

After you have finished your meditation, you need to close it just like you opened it, here’s how:

  • Imagine the flower closing.
  • Blow out the candle.
  • Imagine a book closing.
  • Visualize yourself turning off the “open” sign.
  • Thank the spirit guides for helping you.
  • Balance your energy inside of yourself.
